Introducing a sippy cup?!

I have purchased a mam trainer cup (linked here) and am now ridiculously overthinking how to introduce this cup!

LO is currently 5 months and on size 2 mam teat. Should I introduce milk in the trainer cup using size 3 teat to get her used to the flow? Or do I wait until 6 months and introduce size 3 teat and water at same time? When do I introduce spill free teat? Or do I skip mam cup and go straight to free flow sippy cup?

We had this cup. I only used it for water with meals so introduced alongside solids. it It’s a good halfway house if baby isn’t keen on a 360 cup or more traditional sippy cups yet and prefers their water out of something more bottle like. I’d try the teat it comes with first but you can put a bottle teat in it if LO prefers.

I gave water in a free flow cup from 6 months ish. Think we used the tommee tippee first cup. Offered it at meal times
