Feeding nuts to LO

I know that once nuts, and other allergens, have been introduced to LO, you need to keep feeding these things to them. Does this mean every single type of nut needs to be fed semi-regularly? This feels unrealistic. Eg if I have tried walnuts, pine nuts, peanuts (which I know are a legume not nut), almonds, cashews etc, do I literally need to give these different nuts to the baby?

Have you got a link to this @solomumbychoice?

I didn't continually feed nuts to mine and luckily, they're not allergic to nuts Wink

it is recommended that you try to give once a week to keep up exposure but yeah I agree it’s not realistic. however Biona make a mixed nut butter with peanuts, almonds, cashews and hazelnuts. A little of that in something once a week should be enough and that covers quite a few of the common nuts. I also try and make pesto with walnuts, cashews basically any nut we have and freeze a load so once a week he has pasta with pesto and get the nuts in that way.
