Just scramble it without milk?

or mix it with formula / breast milk?

Yes, including the whole milk which is fine in food from 6 months. Unless there’s a family history of allergies that means you want to tread carefully at which point ask your HV.

But yes, whole milk will be fine too in food!

I have already put the milk in (haven't given it him yet), but had a last minute panic!

‘Cows' milk can be used in cooking or mixed with food from around 6 months of age, but should not be given as a drink until your baby is 1 year old.’

In case you want the official guidance.

Hope he enjoys it!

Yes they can have scrambled eggs, they can also have whole milk as part of food, it just can’t replace breastmilk/formula as their main nutrition drink
