How long after waking up from a nap are people giving their little ones food? My girl has fell asleep just before “tea time” the last couple of nights 🤦🏼‍♀️

My DS is 9 months and we do breakfast just after waking at 7am, milk around 8:30am then down for a short nap at 9:30am.
His lunch is around 12pm then milk just before his long nap at 1pm.
He has dinner around 5pm and then his bedtime bottle after his bath at 6:30pm and bedtime by 7pm.
He has 2 naps - a 20-30min one at 9:30 - 10am and a 2 hour one from 1 - 3pm.
