Have just started giving dd (nearly 1) some cow's milk based formula on cereal; she has only had bm before.
She now has terrible nappy rash - along the labia and around anus, so bad the skin is coming off in places. But she is also teething bigtime - four coming through at once and a snuffly nose and cheek rash to prove it.
Which trigger is causing the nappy rash, do you think?
