1yo not chewing food

Hi,
looking for some advice
My 1yo will eat pretty much anything, she’s always had a mix of purée and finger food and is good at using her spoon herself and has no problem shoving loads of food in her mouth (hate this) but I know it’s how they learn haha
problem is she doesn’t always chew her food
She will swallow bits without chewing them enough and I can tell she’s struggling to swallow them as she will close her eyes and do some big gulps until she’s swallowed it (my anxiety!!!)
I have tried modelling chewing and she jsur laughs at me. We eat together a lot too.
any advice/is this normal baby behaviour/how can I help her learn she needs to chew her food!?
TIA

She'll get used to it OP. She's still learning. Just make sure things are cut up, so sausages are cut lengthways and grapes and cherry tomatoes are quartered.
