is lemon sole ok for a nearly 7 month old?

hi, dd nearly 7 months has only had veg and fruit so far, and has taken to food really well.
nxt im introducing meat and fish
would it be better to g
ive her chicken or beef before trying with fish ?

Fish, chicken and beef are all fine for a 7 month old. Lamb is the least likely to cause an allergy if you're really worried, but there's no reason why you need to introduce chicken or beef before fush.

do you think if the fish had a squeeze of lemon on it, i should wash it off before giving it to dd, as i know they are not really mnt to have citrus, i wouldnt give dd a whole orange to eat, but, maybe just a squeeze would be ok?
