Hi,
Looking for some advice. My 14m old still wakes twice for a bottle. Usually every 4 four hours.
He doesn’t settle until he has had milk and will drink up 7oz each time, so it would appear he is hungry.
I am not overly fussed about waking but he seems to not eat much until later in the afternoon and is often leaking through which both I think is down to all the milk he is having in the night.
I have tried dropping the by an oz or so but he just screams when the bottle is empty as he wants more.
I know he shouldn’t be having this much milk at this age but not sure how best to wean. Cold turkey, water it down ect
I am back to work now so if giving him milk settles him quickly it’s an easy thing to fall back on but know he doesn’t need it.
Anyone else been in a similar situation .
