Most people seem to give two cups, one morning and one night. But morning and afternoons works best. Does this have any impact? Sounds ridiculous I know but I just haven't got a clue with this stuff

Do whatever works for you and your child

Depends if you are also toilet training

When toilet training i would give the milk no later than 1 hour before bed

I don't think it makes any difference either Wink

My 2 year old has a cup milk with breakfast then one or six at about 3pm rather than bedtime.
