My baby can’t have cows milk, I’m just wondering when can he start having oat milk with things?

How old is your baby?

I'd assume not til 12m, as formula or breastmilk should have been the main drink up to that point.

We started pea protein milk with my CMPA baby at 9 months - it’s more calorie dense and nutritious than oat milk. He could never take formula, even the hypoallergenic stuff, so pea milk was the next best thing at nursery when I couldn’t breastfeed him. Our family doctor was fine with it, as my DC was growing well, still breastfeeding twice a day, and eating large amounts of solid food (veg, fruit, meat, and grains).
