Hi

Thinking about introducing yoghurt next week with fruit for breakfast. LO is 6 months and I don't know what yoghurt to get. Concerned about them being a bit too sweet.

Any recommendations?

Yes - plain live yoghurt. Not the low fat ones though. Yummy with fruit!

dd loves the yeo valley one

Mix with some pureed fruit if they turn it down due to being too sour

Does it have to be wholemilk yoghurt - just looked at Yeo Valley website and got confused by the choice!!

I buy full fat organic greek yogurt (normally Rachels or Yeo valley) - bit less sharp than regular yogurt and easy to spoon because it's thicker.
