How can I make apple puree taste sweeter?

Dd (6 months) has previously loved apple - puree and bits to suck on. The latest batch seems to be a bit on the sour side. I know I cant use sugar or honey and I've tried mixing in her milk. Any other ideas or am I just going to have to make an apple crumble for me and dh tonight ?

Sorry to be ignorant, what is a PFB?

it's a precious first born. it's what haggard old women with more than one child call first-timers wanting to do their best...

that's me !
(though I am also quite a haggard old woman!)

Ah, thank you. I am also a haggard old woman with a PFB so that may come in useful.
