8 mo not interested

Hi all

Looking for some advice as my 8mo DS isn't interested in weaning at all.

Have tried purées / baby led / sweeter fruits/ porridge etc. He's just not interested would happily take food in his mouth but spits it out the next second 😩

What am I doing wrong? I'm trying to keep it fun and not stress around him but it's exhausting putting food in front of him and 0% goes down

Any advice?

If it is going in his mouth then he is getting used to flavours and textures. Don't waste food, let him take bits of your food when you are eating or put little morsels of what you are having near him. He will get it eventually. As long as he is getting plenty of milk he will be fine. Some children take to solids quickly and some take their time.
