BLW and acceptable foods: can a 9 month old have some pasta with bolognese sauce?

Aitch, are you out there? Anyone else? I vaguely remember something about no tomatoes, but until when I do not know.

We're making a veggie pasta bolognese sauce with carrots, bell peppers, onions and olive oil/garlic. Is this too much for my DS?

sounds fine to me. I gave most things from 7/8 months.

agree, this sounds fine. DD was eating this sort of thing from about 7/8m - handfuls getting shovelled in!
Never heard anything about tomatoes myself, but can't be sure - dd loves them!

i didn't BLW, but both mine would have done this from about 9 months (ds more chopped up than dd)

Think some people avoid tomatoes (part of nightshade? family, as are aubergines) due to allergies.

DS was enjoying the sorts of sauce you describe from pretty early on
