How much to give a 6 month old

Just started weaning 6 month old, doing a mixture of finger foods/foods in whole form like broccoli and carrot and pouches. May try purées myself just seeing how it goes. My question is how much do I feed him when doing pouches/mash etc like how many spoonfuls should I offer and when to increase it? Finding it a bit overwhelming and can't find a straight answer online!

Don't worry about it, your baby will stop eating when he has had enough and start playing with it. They are very good at self regulating unlike us adults sometimes🍟🍫🍩🍧😜

Ellas kitchen gives away a free weaning kit- there’s a chart with portion guides. That helped a lot
