Hi I’m trying to get some insight on what not to do with rice pudding 🙈
I’ve made a big batch of the stuff (Whole milk, long grain rice & desiccated coconut) and my 6 month old LOVES it!
Now the problem I’m having is trying to avoid the whole food poisoning thing. I’ve frozen it into small portions and I’ve read it’s fine to thaw in the fridge. But do I need to reheat before serving her it, or can she have it cold?
I ask because it’s simply easier for me to pop a pot into my bag straight out of the fridge, especially if we’re out for lunch that day.
