Poorly baby gone off solids

Dd is coming up to 10mo and up until now has been doing really well with weaning being on 3 meals a day and eating well. Unfortunately she has just caught the dreaded covid and has gone off solids, instead wanting to breastfeed a lot instead which I'm assuming is normal for a poorly baby. I was just wondering do I still offer her solids while she is ill or do we just go back to breastfeeding 100% at the moment. I'm also slightly worried this will put her back in the solids department and we'll go backwards when she was doing so well. Tia.

It is normal to go off food when poorly, and she will start eating when she feels better. Don't make the very common mistake of offering her junk (baby crisps, melty puffs cereals bars, cheese straws, ....) just to have her eat something because then for sure , she won't go back to normal and real food.

Offer foods she likes, some soups or other very liquid-ish foods if her throat hurts, so a soupy risotto, a cold yoghurt/ It is fine. It won't last forever.
