My DD has never been an amazing eater but she had good phases and okay-ish ones due to teething. The last couple of months though everything is 'NO' and the only foods she will happily eat without fuss or a meltdown are pasta, anything potato based, and banana. She had/has CMPA but I'm slowly introducing dairy and she likes cheese on its own but not on bread etc. She will chew apples and other fruits then spit them out. All other foods are usually rejected if I'm the one offering them...she's a bit better when I leave her with grandparents.

I've come across lots of threads like this previously... please tell me it gets better. What can I do to help? I'm at the end of my tether :( so much food gets wasted and I'm left frustrated and failing.
