This is really silly question..
just bought some frozen cod from asda and was going to cook it from frozen, probably with a cheesy sauce, and re freeze it. (I'm still cooking everything in batches for 11 mo ds as so much easier)
But can I actually refreeze it or should I just cook each fillet as I need it? Dh does all the cooking in our house, (as I am hopeless, though am proud of what I'm managing for ds!) - but this is all he does around the house! And he doesn't know the answer to this one.
Oh wish I could just be Nigella!
