BLW help needed please - tasty meal ideas for 10 month old needed!

ds has been happily wolfing down his veggies, and loves cheese too, and chicken, toast and egg. Really happy about the way BLW is going.
but - I think he is starting to get a bit bored with the stuff I've been giving him - he visibly perks up when I give him lasagna, or pasta with sauce - something that has complex flavours and textures.
Problem is that sometimes I want to give him something relatively clean, so that he doesn't need a bath afterwards, and the 'clean' foods seem to be the simpler ones. Really happy to have discovered omlette recently as that is not too messy and v tasty. But obv don't want to give that too often. Any other ideas for some meals that are lowish on mess and high on tastyness???

I can wholeheartedly recommend this book. Full of wonderful ideas, some messy but most not so messy.
