Oat milk and constipation?

Hello
I have a 14mo with CMPA and we were using oatly oat milk up until recently then we switched to Moma. The last couple of weeks he has been consistently bloated and constipated...could it be because I changed brands? Is it possible for oat milk to cause constipation?

That's really odd. I've got CMPA and have switched brands and now I'm the same. Think I might switch back abs see what happens Smile

Not all oat milk is the same, every brand can have a slightly different recipe. Also some fortify with vitamins and others don’t- might be worth comparing both ingredient lists to see what’s different

It could be to do with the gluten content? Oatly use gluten free oats and their milk has low gluten levels but not quite low enough to certify as a gluten free product. Moma uses ordinary oats that aren’t gluten free.
