Hi all,

What age did you encourage lo to drop to 3 bottles? Or did they drop naturally?

Mine dropped naturally at around 10 months i think. Were down to 2 by 1 year

I was thinking 3 bottles a day as she's seems to be reducing 11am and thought if I shifted that one to after lunch she will also sleep for a longer period over lunch time....

But will hold out for now thank you 🤗

If she's reducing it then gradually offer less or replace with a snack and drink of water

If she's starting to reduce what she's having on one bottle just offer the amount she's now drinking, so say if it was 8oz but only drinking 6oz, offer the 6. They tend to not batter an eye lid tbh haha.

She's 8months on 1st, eats anything and everything. I can feed her, then I grab my dinner and she's demanding my food. So nothing wrong on that side 😂

As long as she's still taking 20oz of milk alongside food then she's getting what she needs. Just play it by ear and reduce it if she's taking less

My DD dropped to 3 bottles at 8.5 months - she was refusing her bedtime milk so knew it was time to drop the 11am bottle.

Thanks everyone. She now has started to wake for a night feed 🙄🙄 consistently. Taking 120mls overnight as her 11am bottle she's only taking 4/5oz so think she's losing the calories there 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ so now way she can drop really 😂

7.5/8 months. She does have three meals a day though

@starfishdish thank you my LO has 3 meals a day too. As she's wants it, and doesn't want her milk instead of solids. Think i will have to take the plunge and just cut to 3 bottles. As she's decreasing across all her bottles. Though middle of night feed isn't helping as she isn't hungry for her morning bottle, 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ but wants her bottle in the night. We had a good routine now it's all over the place again 😂
