Puff pastry pin wheels

Hi everyone.. im here in need of some reasurance! I made some pin wheels for my 9 month old..and they looked cooked and lovely! However, after she had taken a few bites I soon noticed the middle layers were undercooked. I've been sat here, riddled with guilt and I just need to hear from someone that it's okay and I'm not a bad mummy🙈🥺xx

I really wouldn't worry, she'll probably have to deal with worse (or she would with my cooking) Grin

How are you both today?

At 9 months my child had eaten cat food, fluff, leaves and even attempted to munch a snail. An undercooked pinwheel wouldn't even have registered on my radar as something to worry about. Grin

She’ll be absolutely fine.

I was so obsessive about that my wee one ate, sterilised her bowls, spoons etc. Until one day, about 7/8 months, I found her licking my husbands disgusting gardening shoes. She survived. I never sterilised another bowl or bottle!!
