I've just come back from holiday so between the loads of washing, unpacking, naptime etc I realised I have to make lunch for my little boy and I haven't been shopping yet.. I've just mixed some garlic, frozen spinach, frozen peas and a can of lentils and IT WORKED. I just stirred in a little bit of cream cheese and it tastes good (I'm having it too), is healthy and my boy ate it (although lentils obviously mean half of its on the floor). What similar freezer/cupboard recipes do you have for us to stock up with?

DD was always happy to have some eggy bread. I always kept berries in the freezer to add to it or to stick in Ready Brek, probably just to make me feel a bit less guilty Grin
