My girl has just turned 11 months she has currently:
6am 210ml bottle
7.30am breakfast (1xweetabix, porridge, blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs and avo on toast etc)
10am - snack (banana, mini broccoli muffins, etc)
12ish - lunch (all different receipes for example fish pie, apricot chicken, tuna pasta) all usually with one or two pieces of veg finger food
3pm - 120ml bottle
5pm - dinner same type of meals as lunch
6.30 - 180ml bottle

For her meals they are all batches cooked and frozen in 90ml serving portions.
She now - just seems to be waking soon after going to bed and wanting more milk, she does then sleep through 11-12 hours after this.

I’m wondering if I’m going wrong with portion sizes now - should she be having more milk somewhere or maybe 150ml portions?!
Any advice would be appreciated

The Caroline walker trust has a great download with a photographic guide to portion sizes for different ages.

Does she finish the bottles you offer?

I’m far from an expert but I think at 11 months you would want to focus more on solids than milk as that seems to be plenty of milk for her age at nearly 500ml. Is she drinking much other fluids like water during the day? Could you introduce a solid snack with the 3pm bottle?

I didn't ever weigh out food
Does she finish the food or does she leave some. If finishing it then maybe offer more food

I don't think she needs more milk as by 1 year they only need 300/350mls

She finishes everything - all of her food and all of her milk. I think I need to up her food intake slightly as I don’t want to be giving her more milk really she’s 50th centile which is what she was born on and had a couple of drop offs where she needed to be weighed but seems steady with her weight now.
