Baby only seems to like fruit...

Only very recently began weaning and I think I've made a rookie mistake of offering too much fruit

If I give my baby anything savoury she looks disgusted and it goes flying across the room

Just wanted to ask if this is something they grow out of or if I should try to be more savoury based?

Try not to worry about this. In my experience, what ever you do with weaning, whether you BL or spoon feed, they all go through a phase at about a year where they'll only eat beige food lol.

For now, if they like fruit, fab. If they like carrots, fab, if they like pancakes, fab. Offer things, let them try it but don't worry about what they're eating or how much.

Stop feeding anything sweet until she is eating other stuff, then reintroduce very sparingly. Always give the savoury stuff first so they have eaten as much as they will eat of that before putting out the fruit etc.

I'd stop the sweet things for a week or 2.

Ds2 was starting to be the same so I stopped fruit for a while. He's now eating much better.
