Hate weaning, is it meant to be so hard?

Baby has started refusing everything! Doesn't want to eat. I have tried offering purée on a spoon - after two spoons she keeps moving her head to the side and won't take any more, and baby led which just gets chucked on the floor. I'm finding it such hard work! She is eight months.

Still refusing anything off a spoon! She has milk at 7.11,3 and 7 approximately.

Try your best not to worry. Certainly don't bother making special food for an 8 month old. She will come back to it .Sit with her and eat your food at meal times , sharing a bit from your plate of whatever it is.

Hi @tigerbreadandtea did this resolve? My little one is 8 months old. He started of Led weaning so well and was eating all of his food.
Now for the last 3 weeks he’s been completely off solids. Only things he will happily eat is fruit or melty puffs.
He is teething though. 3 weeks seems a long time his sleep is getting worse with the lack of solids now too… x
