Weaning - how many milk feeds should he be having now?

Ds is 7 months. He is mostly breastfed but does have formula here and there. I´m feeling really confused about how often he should be eating now today for example:

6am breastfeed
7am cereal and fruit
11am formula feed (8oz)
1pm food for lunch (most likely some kind of puree veg and potato -don´t know for sure as mum had him)
4pm - formula feed (8oz)
5.30pm - lentil soup, yogurt or fruit for dessert
7pm breastfeed before bed
He is always offered, and normally takes, some water with his food.

Does this seem like too much? He wouldn´t normally have 2 formula in a day but I am thinking of weaning him off his daytime breastfeeds so this is a likely scenario and I´m just not sure if it´s right..

at 7 months my ds still had 4 day formula feeds and 1 night feed so the number of feeds is fine (to me anyway) - he dropped the night feed at 8 months of his own accord. As your lo's solids intake increases his milk intake will decrease without you having to help him along too much. They are supposed to have a minimum of 20oz when weaning is fully established but having a bit more than that isnt a problem either given your lo's age.
