blw???

is 10months 2 old 2 start off this blw dont know much about it tried looking on this website about it but it kept freezing! Im wlling to try anything 2 get my son 2 eat better

all BLW is is giving them things they can pick up and eat themselves rather than spooning it in for them

at 10mo he can eat most normal homecooked things (except nuts, honey, shellfish and salty stuff) so you could try just putting a bit of whatever you're eating on his tray and letting him get on with it.

if your lo is used to mushy food then why not do a bit of both e.g. spoon feeding plus lots of finger foods. I did that with ds from 6 months and he was doing mostly finger foods from 8/9 months.
