My 12 month old has breakfast at 8-8:30 then a nap at 11 then lunch at 1:30 after waking up from his nap. Ive noticed his nap gets cut short and I bf him back to sleep again till 1. So I'm starting to Consider introducing a snack before naptime to keep him sleeping longer (2 hours ) . What snacks are likely to fill him up ?

Petit Filous (you might need to give him two of the small pots)
Toast
A glass of cow’s milk
A ramekin of porridge
Boiled egg
Bread sticks

Instead of looking in it as a snack, perhaps you could look at it as a small meal with lunch being another small meal, so you could do things like:

Cheese on toast with halved cherry tomatoes.

Dippy egg and soldiers

Sardines on toast

Tuna sandwich and some pepper sticks

One egg omelette

Salmon & Sweetcorn fritters

Broccoli & Cheese Muffins

Leftovers from last night

Or if you just want some snack suggestions, how about:

Hummus and carrot sticks.

Blueberry pancakes (you can bake them in batches and freeze in ones or twos).

Cream cheese on toast with some halved cherry tomatoes or grapes.

Cubes of cheese and some fruit.
