How much is enough?

We are currently weaning our 8 month old and I'm concerned she is not getting enough despite her thriving and is putting on weight.
I started by doing purée and freezing for her meals but am now introducing more solid food and she is also feeding herself as we are also doing baby led weaning.
I have purchased some cow and gate jars (200g) but there is nothing on the jar or website to indicate portion size.
Can anyone help with this as I'm concerned I'm not doing enough?
Thanks in advance for your help.

If she's thriving and putting in weight, she is getting enough but I know what you mean about portion sizes, there is so little information out there about it.

I've used the guides from the Caroline Walker Trust and found them helpful. This one is for their first year and has guidance on portion sizes, suggested menus and how to make sure they get a balanced diet. You'll probably need from page 39 Smile

The jars have a lot of liquid and I wouldn't think they would be as filling as real food.

You're not doing baby led weaning if you're giving puree and jars. You're doing traditional weaning which is puree alongside finger foods.

If you think she's still hungry then offer more food
