Baby wakes up at night since on solid dinner

Hello everyone! My baby is 8 month today, yeah!!!
Would like some advice.
My baby has started to wake up at night for a feed since I introduced solid dinner.
She is on 3 meals a day now.
Last meal is at 5pm what usually lasts around 30min. I have introduced full fat yoghurt and protein for dinner to make it more substantial.
Last milk feed is around 6:30/45 but she is not very keen to have it.
In general it is becoming very hard to give her milk via breast or bottle.
Thank you!

How many milk feeds is she having? My DD was having milk at 7, 11, 3 and 6:45 but once I introduced dinner, she wouldn’t drink her bedtime bottle then started waking in the night so I dropped one of the earlier bottles. Now I give milk at 7, 1:30 (before nap) and 6:45 and she has solids at 8, 11:45/12 and 4:45/5. She’s now drinking her milk without a fuss. 😊

You could just drop the yoghurt and see if she drinks the milk?

DS was refusing bottles till I pushed dinner back and bottle forward.
So it's 7am bottle, 8am breakfast, 11am bottle 12/12:30 lunch, 4:30/5 dinner, 6:50/7 bottle.
Worked a charm

Thank you! For two evenings I have moved dinner forward to 4:30 and skipping pre lunch milk. It still doesn't seems like she is drinking much, but you never know as she is still breastfeeding. She is sleeping better for those two nights so fingers crossed ConfusedSmile.

It's nice to know it can happen and I'm not going crazy Grin

Does she have a preference of breast and bottle?
She my boy stopped breastfeeding at 9 months because I couldn't keep up with his hunger. Formula really sorted it out. Not gonna lie I was a right snob when it came to formula but he needed it and hes a changed baby for it. Sleeps through the night, isn't as whingey in the day through hunger. It was a life saver
