Hi everyone!
I'm aware these are really stupid questions, but as stupid as they probably are I need some advice! I've always been nervous about defrosting food so mainly cool fresh, but I'm getting into batch cooking now for my baby and want to clear a few things up. Can anyone advise the following -
- If I've made a purree from fresh fruit/veg and defrost it... can I freeze it again if not all used, or if I'm defrosting to mix it with something else?
- Can you freeze meat which has already been defrosted and cooked again?
- How do I go about defrosting purree unwitnessed meat in it? Do I leave it in the fridge over night? If it's cooked do I just serve it cold?
Again sorry if my questions are ignore the or make me sound thick. As I said I don't really cook from frozen but just trying to learn :)
