When did your little one pass milk ladder if they had cows milk allergy. Also if they had reflux or silent reflux with that when did that improve?

Mine not until he was over 1. I had accidental exposure at 9 months and he reacted so didn't try again until later. Was probably about 14-15 months. I think most don't grow out it until they are over 1.reflux was probably about the same age. Good luck it's tough.

My son’s reflux probably improved at around 9-12 months but he wasn’t diagnosed until 7 months. We are still working our way through the milk ladder - he’s 3 now and is starting to tolerate chocolate & yogurts which was great. Has been managing baked milk in biscuits, cake etc since about 18 months but every child is different! Good luck on your journey.

Mine is 2 and still fails at step 5 :-( so I was really hesitant. How old is your LO? I’m still using milk free brands like Munch Free just to avoid cross contam and also lots of home cooked meals slowly introducing baked goods to build up tolerance x
