Hello everyone . My little one is 1 and she drinks 150 ml of formula when she wakes in the morning and 150 ml of formula before sleep at night . We used to give her a bottle as soon as she woke up from her first nap mid morning but we swapped formula for cow milk and she seems fine with it . I read that she obviously have to
Slowly drop all the bottles feeds and drink cow milk during her meal ... how do I drop this mid day feed ? Do I just serve lunch straight away and offer milk in a cup during the meal ? She wakes up quite close to lunch time most times .. like now it’s 11:30 and she is still napping . I’m just so confused over this whole cow milk snacks meals formula bottles !
Thank you so much

300/350mls is recommended from age 1 so you could give milk in a cup with lunch or you could just give water instead.

Yes I'd give lunch with water fir the midday feed, then drop the mid-morning milk for a snack and water instead. Like demented said, she only need 300-350 mls of milk a day.
