IKEA! www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/kladdig-bib-multicolour-80307223/ I appreciate it might be hard to get to but these are ace so when things do open up grab a handful

We had the tommee tippee silicone ones. I just chucked them in the dishwasher

Bumkins bibs, weird name but fantastic bibs, I sometimes see them for sale in TKMaxx and have bought some online as well. They tie at the back so still work when the Velcro on other bibs has worn out. They have long sleeves and bib front with tight elastic wrist cuffs which keeps clothes really clean. They fit for a long time, I bought my daughter hers at 6 months and she still occasionally wears one now at three years old and they fit well. I have about 5 and Chuck them in the washing machine after each meal, or rinse them out and hang them over the sink. I only had one completely fail, the material disintegrated. Bumkins replaced it with no quibble and sent me a free one.

TBH if you're doing BLW you'd be better off just cranking the heating up and putting the highchair near the radiator, and doing meals in just a nappy for the first few weeks. There will be So Much Mess, bibs won't make much difference, just cut out the middle man.

If you're going to be spoon feeding, then go for a bib, but you might find that your little one doesn't like the feel of a firm silicon or plastic bib, so I'd go for a fabric one and just pop it in the wash.

The ones with Terry telling type material on the front that can go straight in the washing machine. Wipeable ones are just annoying and end up dropping wet everywhere. I had loads from brand with the horribly twee name Mummy2Me but they were very good. Got them in big Tesco stores.
