8 month old feeding & routine

Just wondering how others are doing it!

My 8 month old is not a big milk drinker. He doesn’t drink much in one go, so I’m still giving lots of bottles in the day. I think he prefers his food to milk so he can eat well but at the same time I don’t want to reduce his milk intake massively. (He is on 25th percentile).

Anyone have a similar baby?Grin

Anyone like to share their routine? Grin
Thanks!

My 9 month old is similar - he will only take 5oz bottle max but loves his food. I tend to do something like
630am - wake up and 5oz bottle
8am - breakfast - weetabix or porridge usually
11am - 5oz bottle
12.30 - lunch (mix of lumpy spoon fed and ginger food)
3pm - 5oz bottle
5pm - dinner - I usually suck up the mess and let him feed himself as I'm putting him in the bath anyway 😂
630pm - 5oz bottle
10pm - 4oz bottle

Looking at it, this does mean I spend most of the day feeding him so alternate suggestions appreciated 😂

Oh and he's now between 25th and 40th centile - thank goodness as he was tracking below the 0.4th at 4months when I was ebf! X

Thanks for sharing.
To be honest 4 bottles a day doesn’t seem too bad to me!

I think my baby wants a little feed before sleeping which is why I end up making milk so many times. He has a dummy for sleep so I don’t know whether he is actually hungry for milk or want the comfort of the bottle 🤷‍♀️
