nope - cows milk fine in cooking from 6 mths - full fat ideally
But if you haven't been putting banana in, start now (much nicer )

it doesnt matter as long as she still getting varied vitamins someone else might reassure you more but my dd was having all milk cows at 10mo

I'm worried about the salt content - according to 'various sources' and all that, a bowl of porridge = 0.3g salt (because of the cow's milk). Add a slice of bread (or two) and daily total is now at least 0.8g and then if you give them anything with cheese or use some other dairy then suddenly you're over the 1g without even trying and I'm sure I must go over that most days!

when you were a baby your mom wouldnt have thought of things like that its only recently they have started thigs like that or there wouldnt be so many 20+yo healthy!
my dd been fine on full fat apart from the constipation but she has medicine for that so no problems there!
