BLW-ers - freezing veg finger food?

this is prob a stupid question, but how do you cook veg sticks for freezing if doing BLW? I just want to have some on stand-by, but generally steam them quite well. If freezing, do i steam them for less time and then how do I reheat? - resteam for shorter time? sorry to be a bit dumb!

great, thanks. DS is mainly on purees, progressing to mash now, but likes to feed himself too, so I give him finger foods too and as healthy as I try to be with my own food, don't eat steamed carrots for lunch every day!
