Heya, sooo my son has reflux and we decided to wean him early at 17 weeks! It’s been going great and he loves his food... however, he has been having 8oz bottles 5 times a day so that’s 40oz on top of having solids! I thought he wouldn’t be drinking so much now he is eating solids but he does! Does anyone have any advice?

Sorry can’t help much, but maybe he’s just having a growth spurt?

I also have a 19 week old, he’s just breastfed so far but this last few weeks has been feeding every 1-2 hrs on average day and night. He has 10-12 feeds per day I would stay so seems constantly hungry

Milk should still be his main source of nutrition for many more months to come so just give him what he needs and don't worry how many ounces he's having. Two weeks into weaning is far too soon to be expecting him to be dropping milk feeds, especially if you're feeding fruit and veg purées that will have very few calories. At 10 months my DD is having three big, balanced (carbs, protein, fat, fruit/veg) meals a day and still drains 2-3 8oz bottles. They will only take what they need so just go with the flow.
