Does this look like an allergic reaction

Gave DS some fish pie for dinner and i noticed a wee red mark round the side of his mouth while he was eating it.
It had salmon which he’s had loads before and prawns -third time having them.
Haven’t noticed any redness before but he did have the trots a few days after he had them before but i thought it was just a tummy bug.
Thoughts?!

I would say the diarrhoea is more of a sign really. Keep an eye on the redness to make sure it doesnt spread and look out for more diarrhoea.

there was three days between him eating the prawns and the diarrhoea so that why i didn’t connect them.
