Spaghetti bolognese

Hi does anyone know how to make Spaghetti bolognese without the wine and beef stock? Is it possible to use vegetable stock instead. Thanx

you don't need either

brown mince, add veg of choice, crushed garlic clove, tin tomatoes, tbsp basil, 1/2 tbsp oregano, pinch rosemary and simmer .. splash worcestershire sauce if you want

wouldn't worry about alcohol if you want to add as the alcohol cooks off
