Please dont read if you are eating! In my babies nappies I have noticed peas, sweetcorn, raisons, bits of carrot etc! Should I not be giving her things like this to eat? is she not getting any goodness from the food as it seems to come out the same as it went in! and what age will this all be digested?
Really sorry. hope I havent made anyone feel queasy!!

how old is she?

llynnnn · 01/10/2007 17:15

she's 13 months now. I have always noticed bits and have tried to avoid foods like this in the past but it is still happening now!

It happens to adults as well so don't sweat!
(16 years working with incontinent adults has taught me that!)

Does anyone digest sweetcorn? And yet it counts towards the 5-a-day thingy so something good must come of eating it. Roughage?
