Puff Pastry Recipes

Does anyone have any good/fairly easy puff pastry recipes? I’m giving it a go for the first time and instead of googling it and possibly choosing a rubbish one I wanted to see people’s go to recipes!

Mary Berry's chicken & bacon pie. Pastry just goes on the top & you don't have to lattice it, still tastes great.

Any leftover pastry roll out and spread with nutella then roll up and portion to make pinwheels/swirls.
