Baby porridge with formula

I have just made baby porridge with formula but I’ve made too much for one portion - may be a silly question but can I save some for tomorrow morning and reheat in the microwave tomorrow?!

God no, it will set like concrete in the bowl

converseandjeans · 20/07/2020 09:31

No it will be horrible & not sure the formula would be safe 24hrs later.

E899 · 20/07/2020 09:59

Yeah I was unsure that it would be unsafe. Is there a way I can make it in advance with formula?

No

And there’s no way you make it in advance either.

Shame as it would be easier but no

Why would you want to make it in advance? Just make less at a time. If your baby is 6 months+ you can use cows milk in cereal

I just made it with normal milk. Then I ate the leftovers myself. Friggin love baby porridge
