Confused about dropping milk feeds

Hello!

DD is 11 months old this week and eats 3 big meals a day like a champ. She seems to love her food. However, she is also still having 4 bottles of formula as well. Typical schedule is
7am wake up 6oz milk
8.15 breakfast
11am 6oz milk (sometimes only takes 2-4oz sometimes drains this one)
12.30 lunch
3.30 6oz milk
5/5.30 dinner
7.30 4/5oz milk and then bed

How will she cut some of these bottles down if she's still wanting them? Should it be gradual or do we just stop replace the first with breakfast and replace morning/afternoon bottle with water and a snack? What about bedtime?

I thought she was going to start to cut bottles out herself as seemed to take a lot less from the last 3 for a while but has recently been guzzling most down.

She is more than happy to drink water throughout the day when offered in a sippy cup and with her meals as well. I also know she should be going onto cows milk at 1.

Stop the mid morning one first that's the easiest. Then drop the afternoon one. My daughter is 11 months too and this is our routine
8am 8oz
9am breakfast
12pm lunch
5pm tea
7pm 8oz

Iv started half and half formula and milk this week too and she's drinking them as normal. If she's hungry in the afternoon I give fruit or Ellas kitchen snacks but she rarely needs them.

DS is a similar age and on a vaguely similar schedule. We have just dropped the morning bottle (partly because nap time has changed) and brought forward lunch a little to around 11.30. His day bottle is then at around 2/2.30 before he has a sleep. I did vaguely consider substituting a snack in for the morning bottle but he hasn't seemed to notice and is happy enough to just roll into lunch. I'm planning to keep the first and last bottles for a while and maybe lose the afternoon one mainly by just not giving it to him and seeing if he complains! I think in the hot weather last week, DS needed the extra liquid so I wasn't that bothered about it.

With mine the last dropped was the night one and before that the first bottle of the day. I'd drop the 11am one first and replace with a snack or give a snack and a small bottle after if needed.

We dropped the morning one first, around the same age as your lo. Just offered a snack and small cup of cows milk instead, although DS has never accepted cows milk out of a cup. Then we did the same with the afternoon bottle, he did miss this one initially. Still yet to drop the morning and night one and he's just turned two Blush We do water it down now and always brush his teeth afterwards.
