Best finger food recipes/ideas

I've started weaning 7 month old DD (started at 6 months), a mixture of purées/mashed fruit and veg, and finger food. She seems to prefer feeding herself, but so far she doesn't seem very keen on anything I've made for her beyond the basic toast/fruit and veg pieces etc.

I'd love any suggestions of finger food / BLW recipes that your babies have enjoyed. I'm particularly keen to make sure she's getting enough protein. I'm still BFing (a lot!) so I'm content she's not going hungry, but would like to be able to offer her some things she'll enjoy!

I found it helpful to think of all foods as finger food so even things like baked beans, tuna, omelette cut into strips became finger foods in our house. Also it takes babies a few times of trying something before they like it so keep on with foods even if she isn’t too bothered

Hi. I'm following this as we're in a similar situation. Our baby is 10.5 month old and she has recently gone off purees (because of teething maybe?) or gets bored with them after 5 minutes of feeding. She likes to feed herself but the problem is that not a lot actually goes in - lots end up on the floor. The other problem is that I'm not much of a cook and I don't have time to cook or bake. But of course I'd like my child to eat healthy food. She likes toast, pieces of fish, meat etc, but I've really run out of ideas :-( She only has the two bottom teeth so I can't give her anything too hard. Any more ideas of simple and healthy finger food?

@Sandrine1982 I downloaded an app called Baby Led Weaning Cookbook, I think it was only £4 or so and has some good recipes. My little girl also only has two bottom teeth so everything has to be gummed!
