baby used to sleep 7 8 hours at least.
now waking every 3 hours in the night to feed..(im bfeeding)
maybe its time to give some babyrice aswell?

but really yes, it's a growth spurt. it will take a while then things will be back to normal.

MID2 - stick with it. dd (21 weeks) went through the same. she will calm down again and your supply will be up.
