8mo suddenly refusing bottle feed

My DD (8m 11days) has always been mixed fed, however, formula were given as top up. For the last week or so, she is not taking the bottle. She is refusing by either pushing it away or turning her face away. Occasionally she would take in, but starts chewing the teat (won't suck). I have tried different bottle, teats and even formula, but nothing works.
She used have one feed in a bottle (6oz). She seems to prefer breast-milk more now. I am worried that she suddenly gave up bottle, only to add more frustration as feeding solids is another challenge.

Anyone had/having this issue? Is there anyway to have her feed from the bottle again? I am trying everyday, but it's not working. Really worried!

I had twins whom I breastfed for 13 months however I expressed for when we were out for speed and dignity. However dt1 refused the bottle (would only breast feed and had a preference to a specific side too). In the end I gave up on bottles a gave him a feeder cup or breastmilk. When I wasn't around he'd use the feeder cup but used me when I was there. I think it was an age thing, comfort and knowing him lazyness. When I've stopped feeding all mine and they had no choice they all 3 had no problems with a feeder cup. Two of the 3 never got on with bottles.

Thanks. I have tried MAM trainer cup but she doesn't take it as well. Starts playing with it. :(
