Chickpeas - any recipe ideas for 9 mo?

I´d like to try some chickpeas for my DS but not sure how to prepare them other than in a casserole with veggies.
Has anyone got any more interesting recipes?

Falafel? My DD, 8.5 months loves falafel, about the only thing she hasn't refused so far.
